I use the same design process for every project. Hey, it works!
Read through my Terms of Service and then complete the Project Request form. After I’ve had a chance to review your inquiry, I’ll contact you within 2 business days to let you know whether I’m a good fit for your project.
2. Sign Up
I’ll send you a quote and upon acceptance, you’ll receive an invoice for either full payment or a 50% deposit depending upon the nature of your project. After I receive your deposit, I’ll schedule you into the next available spot on my schedule and provide you with a completion date.
3. Design Process
We’ll work together to decide upon basic design specifics and then schedule an skype session to review an initial mock-up with typography, colors and functionality. Then I’ll create a mockup of your new design in Photoshop. I’m email a .pdf of the design so you can review it, provide feedback and request changes. Upon receipt, I’ll make revisions accordingly. Client approval is requested at each step.
After your approval of the mockup design, I’ll develop the design into a WordPress web site on my demo server. You’ll be able to preview the development at any time.
After you approve the demo site, you’ll receive an invoice for final payment. Upon receipt, I’ll install the completed site on your server. We’ll schedule a 1 hour training session via Skype… and then you’ll be ready to enter your content.
